Reservation Policies

Check-in / Check-out and Booking Policies

Check-in begins at 12:00 pm. However, rooms are not guaranteed until after 3:00 pm. Check-out time at Waikiki Oceanfront Resort is 10:00 am.
 
30% of room rate total is required via credit card (3% fee), money order, certified check, or personal check (must be received 7 days after booking and at least 21 days prior to check-in) to confirm your reservation. Checks must be mailed to 6211 Ocean Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260. Personal checks are acceptable for deposit only. A reservation will automatically be canceled if a deposit is not received within one week from the date the reservation was made. The total amount of your reservation will be due upon check-in. For specific room guarantees, add $10.00 per night. For conventions and meetings, please email for group rates. Any party larger than 3 rooms must call 609-522-0115 to book and confirm.
 

What is Needed At Check-in?

Your balance is due at check-in. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (add 3% fee for credit card). The credit card used for your initial deposit will be needed upon check-in to swipe and keep on file for incidentals. We will also need your I.D., vehicle’s make, model, and license plate number on file. Please come prepared to streamline the check-in process. Please read your confirmation before your check-in date to ensure all the information is correct.
 

Age Limit for Reservations

Rooms are not rented to guests under the age of 25. The Waikiki Oceanfront Resort is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. I.D.s will be checked, and guests under the age of 25 will not be permitted to check in unless they are married, staying with an older family member, or have special permission from management. We do not accept prom guests.
 

Smoking Policy

The Waikiki Oceanfront Resort is a strictly non-smoking facility. We do not allow smoking (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.) of any kind in rooms, interior hallways, exterior hallways, balconies, the pool area, or sundeck. Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking will be subject to a minimum fine of $350.00. Guests who wish to smoke must do so along the bike path.
 

Parking

One vehicle per room is allowed at The Waikiki Oceanfront Resort except for room types * D-S, G, G1, G2, O, H, & OQ. A free street meter parking pass will be provided for room types D-S, G, G1, G2, O, H, & OQ. Hang pass on your mirror with the number displayed. Failure to return meter pass at check out will result in a $250 charge.  A valid Waikiki parking tag must be visible and displayed in your vehicle during your stay, or your vehicle is subject to a ticket from the Wildwood Crest Police Department and towing fees.
 

Our Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes are subject to a 50% service fee if the cancellation occurs 22+ days before the arrival date.  The full deposit will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 21 days (3 weeks) of the arrival date. Altering your reservation cancels your original reservation. No refunds or credits are given for early check-outs, which will result in a complete loss of deposit. Cancellation due to inclement weather will not be refunded. No deposits will be transferred or held for later dates. 
 

Extra Person Fee

Adults and Children are the same fee. The extra person(s) charge is $20.00 Per Night. Children 3 years of age and younger are free.
 

Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed. Due to all guests’ health, allergies, safety, and comfort, we cannot accommodate pets. If a guest is found to have a pet, an additional fee of $100 per day ‘penalty’ will be automatically added and charged to the credit card on file for each day of your stay, and you will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. Per ADA guidelines, we do not recognize Emotional Support pets as service animals.
 

Pool

The Waikiki Oceanfront Resort pool and deck area is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. No child under 16 years old is allowed to swim in the pool without direct supervision from an adult in your party. No glass containers of any kind are permitted in the pool area. Feeding seagulls from balconies and the pool area is prohibited.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Minimum stays may apply.  Rates do not apply to groups, conventions, holidays, weekends, and event weekends. Maximum occupancy rates applied in July through August. Rates are based on availability and are subject to change unless secured by an advanced reservation. There are no refunds due to weather or early checkout. Cots are available for $10 per night but are limited. Unused days or deposits are not transferable to another guest or time period. Misrepresentation voids a reservation. Please be advised that since the accommodations are held for the date of your reservation, you are obligated for the entire stay. Original booking rates are only held until May 1st. Children ages 3 & under are free, however, please inform us of ALL children and infants. Everyone must be included in the room occupancy total. All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
 

Notice

We are a family destination and cater to couples and families only. Guests are personally liable for all room charges and any damages to room(s). The credit card on file may be charged at any time for these charges. Unruly or noisy behavior will not be tolerated on motel property. Guests must leave the property without protest if asked to do so by management. Management is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of any kind of money, jewelry, or valuables. We currently use dynamic pricing which is subject to change.
